New Millennium Ruby is a fulvic acid which is a great chelating agent which assists in the absorption of nutrients in the root zone. 

New Millennium Ruby Fulvic can be used early in the plant cycle, all the way to the final stages.  Works great with New Millennium Winter Frost.
